I’m a passionate, certified yoga instructor with five years of experience guiding individuals through transformative yoga sessions. My practice combines the wisdom of Hatha Yoga, meditation, pranayama, and anatomical alignment to enhance both physical and mental well-being. I work with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, empowering them to discover strength, balance, and peace in their lives. Currently, I’m expanding my expertise with specialized training in Tension and Trauma Release Exercises (TRE). I approach yoga and wellness holistically, drawing from my love of nature, sports, and creativity to inspire growth and healing.”

Trauma Release Exercise (TRE)
TRE is a powerful practice that helps release deep-seated stress and tension through natural shaking responses triggered by simple exercises. My sessions provide a safe, supportive space to reduce anxiety, improve sleep, and promote deep relaxation and healing.

Yoga Dance
Flow
Yoga Dance Flow combines yoga with expressive movement, integrating breath, rhythm, and fluid transitions for a joyful, mindful practice. This dynamic flow promotes self-expression, releases stagnant energy, and deepens the mind-body connection through music and movement.

Yoga Group Class
My group yoga classes create a welcoming space for all levels, combining asanas, pranayama, and meditation to build strength, flexibility, and inner peace. Practicing in a group fosters community, motivation, and shared energy, making each session both enriching and inspiring.

Pranayama Classes
Pranayama, the art of breath control, enhances lung capacity, calms the mind, and balances the nervous system through conscious breathing techniques. My sessions incorporate practices like Nadi Shodhana, Bhastrika, Kapalabhati, and Ujjayi to reduce stress, boost vitality, and improve mental clarity.

Corporate Yoga Class
My corporate yoga sessions help professionals manage stress, improve focus, and boost productivity through gentle stretches, breathwork, and mindfulness techniques. Available in-person or online, these sessions reduce burnout, enhance energy, and create a healthier work environment.
